Trails and greenways provide vital links between communities, neighborhoods and municipal amenities. Beyond the physical connections, trails and greenways also encourage outdoor recreation, enhance aesthetics, and can increase the value of adjacent properties. Intuition & Logic has the knowledge and experience necessary for the design of functional trails and greenways. We aim to minimize the impact of proposed trails on the surrounding environment by means of a thorough background analysis and planning process. In addition, we have incorporated trail infrastructure and enhancements in a number of our designs, such as pervious paver block parking for trailheads, stormwater bioretention basins and swales, and greenway planting with indigenous vegetation.
